Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries and services provided by:

Any deviating agreements shall only apply if confirmed in writing.
2. Offer & Product Presentation
Products shown in the online shop or on social media serve as examples.
Since each floral arrangement is handmade, the following may occur:

variations in flowers
-
seasonal differences
-
slight shifts in colour tones
We always strive to stay true to the style and colour palette shown.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include statutory VAT.
The payment methods available in the shop are binding.
4. Delivery
We deliver:

via parcel service
-
via local delivery within the offered radius
-
or via in-store pickup
Delivery times are shown during checkout.
Delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions or supply shortages.
5. Custom Floral Designs & Wedding Floristry
Custom-made items include:
-
bridal bouquets (fresh & dried)
-
event floristry
-
bouquets made to customer specifications
-
personalised floral orders
These items are made specifically for the customer and are excluded from withdrawal (see Cancellation Policy).
6. Withdrawal & Returns
The cancellation policy previously provided applies.
Summary:

withdrawal possible within 14 days

return shipping costs are borne by the customer

NO withdrawal for personalised floral work & fresh floristry
-
in case of defects, we will cover the costs
The full cancellation policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Fresh flowers are a natural product — natural variations do not constitute a defect.
9. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
10. Data Protection
Information on data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform.
We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Bad Marienberg.
